To get toned abs and see those abs you have been working so hard on, follow a low-fat diet. No more than 25% of your daily calories from fat. Add cardiovascular sessions of at least 25 minutes to your current weight-training routine.
The most important part of any training program is that it needs to be progressive. If it is not suited to your current fitness level, you will not see the results. Also if it doesn’t adjust your fitness gains for example building a step by step process you will not get he results.

Cardio exercises include: running/jogging, brisk walking, jumping rope, swimming, bicycling, basically any exercise that raises your heart rate. I should also note that you must be consistent in these exercises to continue losing body fat. Determination and persistence is key.
