Fantastic Frisco Personal Trainer

Since I began working out with my Frisco personal trainer I feel so much stronger. I’m a nurse, so having strength is definitely a big plus when trying to lift patients. I didn’t want to go to the gym, but I knew I needed to increase my strength so I wouldn’t injure myself at work.

I have also noticed a change in my posture, because of the core-strengthening exercises we do. And, without even trying, I have dropped a dress size!

Another great thing about having an in-home trainer is the privacy and convenience. As a nurse, I have a busy schedule. With an in-home trainer, I can workout at home according to my schedule. It’s also very nice to exercise in the place I feel most comfortable. I am really pleased with the results and plan to continue my workouts.
