Doing The Best For Your Horse

If you are like most new horse owners, you want to do the very best for your horse. As a matter of fact many horse owners look after their horses more than themselves! They are expensive and require love and attention but aren’t they worth every effort and every penny of it?

Prevention really makes the difference. Anticipating their needs, keeping a watchful eye of any possible problems protects your horse and saves you from emotional and financial distress.

Protect your horse by using safe fencing materials such as wood, vinyl or plastic rail or if need be mesh wire fencing. The area inside the fenced area should be free from holes and nails or other tools or protruding fence wires. If you live in the warm south, a shady place to stay cool will make your horse very happy. If you live in the cold wintery climate or a rainy climate like ours a shelter is necessary and a dry clean area where your horse can lie down.
Good quality hay is a good option if the grass isn’t good or mostly grazed. And of course a large supply of fresh clean water plus minerals and salts is necessary.

As I mentioned prevention is the key to successful horse care and a premium supplement will go a long way to make this happen. A couple of years ago a product came out called TAHITIAN NONI® Equine EssentialsTM and it has equine community buzzing. Used by veterinarians, barrel racers, ranch owners and single horse owners, TAHITIAN NONI® Equine EssentialsTM has been receiving glowing reports. The main comments have been increased energy and vitality, a healthier and glossy coat and a healthier overall condition. Others mentioned that TAHITIAN NONI® Equine EssentialsTM had a calming effect as well as an increased attentiveness on their horses. I would highly recommend it.

Most of all be kind and patient with your horse and it will respond. It’s a relationship.
